Meet your presenter: 

Enrico Cocchi is a seasoned Learning & Organizational Development Consultant with 16 years of diverse experience across professional services (PwC), investment banking (Macquarie), local government (Essex County Council), higher education (LBS, LSE, Imperial College, ESCP), and the railway industry (RSSB).

His expertise spans two key areas:

1) Learning Interventions: Crafting and delivering impactful learning solutions to inspire continuous growth.
2) Coaching and Career Counseling: Guiding individuals toward realizing their full potential with a person-centered, whole-life approach

Currently, Enrico is a Learning Design Consultant at the Rail Safety and Standards Board and runs his own coaching practice. He holds a BSc from Bocconi and an MSc from LSE, and is a certified coach, licensed career counselor, psychometric assessment practitioner, and qualified teacher.
